Stanovení rychlosti uvolňování tepla a toxicity zplodin tepelné degradace z podlahové krytiny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce seznamuje s hořlavostí podlahových krytin z přírodních materiálů. Vybranými parametry jsou rychlost uvolňování tepla (HRR) a toxicita zplodin tepelné degradace. Teoretická část se věnuje parametru rychlosti uvolňování tepla, toxicitě zplodin hoření a vybraným zplodinám hoření. V praktické části jsou popsány provedená experimentální měření. První měření spočívalo ve stanovení HRR metodou kónické kalorimetrie dle normy ISO 5660-1. Další dvě měření byla zaměřena na analýzu toxicity zplodin hoření. V práci je uveden postup a průběh měření v kouřové komoře dle ČSN EN ISO 5659-2 a v zařízení pro tepelný rozklad hořlavých látek dle DIN 53436. V závěru jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky z obou měření.

Bachelor thesis introduces the flammability of floor coverings from natural materials. The selected parameters are the heat release rate (HRR) and the toxicity of the thermal degradation products. The theoretical part deals with the parameter of the rate of heat release, the toxicity of combustion products and selected combustion products. The practical part describes experimental measurements. The first measurement consisted in the determination of HRR by a conical calorimetry method according to ISO 5660-1. The other two measurements were focused on the analysis of the toxicity of combustion products. The paper describes the procedure and course of measurements in the smoke chamber according to ČSN EN ISO 5659-2 and in the thermal decomposition equipment of flammable substances according to DIN 53436. At the end, the results from both measurements are evaluated.
