Abstract

Nowadays none of organisations would survive without information technology. Glabalisation brings apportunity to faster transfer of information and to growth of international trade which caused searching for information of cost reduction of source. This master thesis should introduce with new labor trends and demonstrate on case of one IT company how can subsidiary work when top management has seat abroad aka offshoring of company within international team, what barriers are in international teams and if Tieto czech republic as subsidiary is compatitive along other subsidiaries in cheaper countries what the factors influence the decision of choice of county for offshoring.

The goal of the thesis is to design method for preparation and processing large international projects of large company in the field of information technology efficiently using specialized sources of company and its subsidiaries
