Testování vlivu digestátu ve vztahu k bezobratlým v laboratorních podmínkách

Abstract

This thesis is focused on testing of digestate influence on invertebrates in laboratory conditions. In the first part there is a technology of anaerobic digestion described as well as its final product digestate and as possibilities of its practical use. In the second part of the thesis there are described prescriptions which are being used to test in laboratories and tested organisms in terms of their ecology, body construction and species representation. In the penultimate part there is a methodology suggested to be used for testing and the work is finalized by an evaluation.
