Abstract
The scope of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the investment efficiency. The theoretical part defines the fields of investment decision making and investment projects. Further follows the classification of the project’s evaluation parameters and the dynamic evaluation of investment. The practical part is devoted to application of the methods of the evaluation the investments efficiency on the specific investment project of VOP CZ, s.p. company. The purpose of this thesis is to provide the specific investment recommendations.
