Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivation system of technical and administrative employees in a selected company. The aim of the thesis was to identify the current state of motivational factors and to propose measures to increase employee satisfaction and performance. Based on a questionnaire survey conducted among 87 respondents, a high level of satisfaction was found in terms of interpersonal relationships, autonomy, and clarity of tasks. However, a critical issue identified is insufficient vertical communication and a perceived lack of recognition from company management. In the area of remuneration, significant dissatisfaction was revealed regarding the lack of transparency in the system and the unfair structure of the variable component of wages. Statistical testing confirmed that timely access to information is crucial for effective job performance, and that the quality of feedback directly influences the subjective feeling of recognition. The proposed measures therefore focus on the digitalization of administrative processes, the introduction of a Cafeteria benefits system, improving feedback, and increasing the fairness of the wage system.
