Abstract

An overwiew and comparison of common entrepreneurial legal entities in the Czech Republic is discoursed in this paper. Influence of the type of legal entity on the business success is evaluated. The first part of the work is dedicated to the small business and to characteristics of the legal entities such as corporation and cooperative syndicate. Second part of the paper is focused on description of entrepreneurship in specialised fields which are regularized by unique legal enactment.
