Abstract

The main objective of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of the project documentation of a multifunctional house for the construction realization according to the decree No.405/2017 Coll. amending the decree 499/2006 Coll on the documentation of buildings as amended by decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and pursuant to Act No.183/2006 Coll., Amendment No.225/2017 Coll. building law. The project documentation consists of a drawing and text part. The multifunctional house situated in the centre of the village Mosty u Jablunkova. The building is designed as a brick from the Porotherm system. The diploma thesis also includes thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) and static assessment and the design of reinforcement of a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase.
