Multifunkční budova s využitím železobetonových prefabrikovaných komponentů

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and development of construction execution documentation in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Annex No. 8. The subject of the project is a new four-storey multifunctional building combining residential, administrative, and commercial functions, complemented by an underground parking garage. The structural system is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill walls and a green flat roof. The top storey is designed as a masonry structure with a semi-precast floor system. The thesis includes the technical report and complete drawing documentation. It also comprises the thermal-technical assessment of the building envelope and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) prepared in accordance with Decree No. 264/2020 Coll. In addition, an indicative structural analysis of a selected part of the building is performed-specifically the floor structure above the third storey-together with the design of reinforcement and the evaluation of ultimate and serviceability limit states.
