This thesis focuses on the system of protection personal and sensitive data of outpatient operation in Municipal Hospital Ostrava. In the theoretical part basic legal regulations relating the issue of protection personal data are mentioned, as well as basic definitions related to the protection of personal and sensitive data in healthcare. The expression physical security is also explained there. The practical part includes description of current content guidelines for medical documentation and description of current status of security, as well as risk analysis and a draft of innovative security of medical emergency service including updating guidelines.
