Analýza pojištění majetku občanů se zaměřením na nemovitosti v povodňových a záplavových územích

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze insurance of property in flood and spate zones, comparing property insurance offers with selected insurance companies and propose possible solutions to the flood situation. The method of analysis, description and comparison is used in this thesis. In sixth chapter is also used method of questioning. The first part deals with the insurance contract and insurance assets, with focus on property and deal with floods and spates in the Czech Republic. The second part is to compare bids from the Czech insurance company and Kooperative insurance company for family house and for each flood zones. Next part, using the questionnaire, investigates with respondents their attitude to the risk of flood and spate. There are formulated possible solutions that could lead to a reduction in property damage within the project of flood-protection measures.
