The subject of this thesis is to develop the project for construction of The new homestead Bohumín.
The thesis contains a technical report prepared in accordance with Decree
no. 499/2006 Coll., as amended no. 62/2013 Coll., about documentation of buildings. It also includes the heat-technical expertise of parts of the building, then considerations of the building in terms of energy efficiency of buildings and finally relevant technical drawings.
The building will be used for recreational and social activities of the local population and is designed as a traditional brick construction of brick masonry with two floors, a sloping roof and ventilated facade.
