Zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných neziskových organizací

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním a hospodařením vybraných neziskových organizací, a to konkrétně sportovních klubů. Pomocí metod finanční analýzy je zhodnoceno hospodaření čtyř kuželkářských klubů v letech 2013 – 2017. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je zaměřena na teorii oblasti neziskových organizací. V druhé části je představen kuželkářský sport, jeho specifika a jednotlivé vybrané kluby. V závěru této části je analýza hospodaření těchto klubů v letech 2013 - 2017. Třetí část patří analýze dílčích ukazatelů, jejich shrnutí a SWOT analýze s doporučením ke zlepšení fungování jednotlivých klubů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the functioning and management of selected non-profit organizations, namely sports clubs. The financial analysis methods have been used to evaluate the management of four bowling clubs in the years 2013 - 2017. The work divides into three parts. The first part focuses on the theory of non-profit organizations. The second part presents bowling sport, its specifics, and individually selected clubs. At the end of this part occurs the analysis of the management of these clubs in 2013-2017. The third part includes analysis of partial indicators, their summary and SWOT analysis with a recommendation of how to improve the functioning of individual clubs.
