Abstract

The main issue of this work is customer behaviour analyse oriented on market accommodation service. To find out why customers use accommodation service, where they search information, which criteria are the most important to make a decision, on which condition they usually buy a final product and which factors influence their aftermarket behaviour is the main goal of this work. This work stems in theoretical bases of the market accommodation service and decision buying process of a consumer. Analysed results are set together from primary data acquired by questionnaire research on customers using accommodation in Nový Jičín. Conclusion contains summary of the results that were analysed.
