Abstract

The diploma thesis analyses consumer behavior on the travel agency market. To understand the issue of consumer behavior, the theoretical part describes basic terms and concepts. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the factors influencing consumer decisions, shopping and consumer habits and consumer typology.
