Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on assessing the performance of chosen joint stock company. The work is divided into two main parts, the first part is devoted to theoretical and methodological bases for assessing the performance of joint stock companies, the second part contains the application of selected methods for assessing performance. In the next chapter is proposed several recommendations to improve the current state of company performance.
