This work id elaboration of project documentation of a municipal house in Rohov. The municipal house has two floors and a covered by a flat roof. The building is made of the bricks from the Porotherm system. The work contains a texts a drawing part. The text part consists of technical reports and the drawing part of the construction drawings. The work also includes a thermal assessment, the energy label of the building envelope and a static calculation of the stair arm.
