Abstract
Financial and Factual Progress in Use of Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Poland 2007-2013
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the structure and basis of cross-border cooperation in the EU, Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Poland and evaluate the drawdown of funds and achieved factual progress through output and outcome indicators in the period 2007-2013.
The thesis is structured into 5 chapters. After the first chapter, the introduction, follows a chapter which outlines the information associated with cross-border cooperation in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. The third chapter is focuced on the Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Poland in the period 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The fourth chapter is focused on achieving financial and factual progress in Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Poland 2007-2013 by two criteria. Criteria for the allocation and drawdown of funds and criteria indicators outcome and output in the priority axes. In the final chapter there are summarized the results and findings of the thesis.
