Abstract

The bachelor thesis disserts on causes of voluntary turnover of Amway network marketing team members. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the turnover causes and propound possible solutions based on gained results which will lead to the elimination of existing problem. The theoritical part deals mainly with the last period of team evolution – adjourning – considering the voluntary turnover of its members. There is developed both team and team work topic and fluctuation topic in this part. In the practical part the thesis considers a solution of increasing turnover trend of team members, especially during the first year after entering the business. Ishikawa diagram and Pareto analysis are used for analysing the surveyed problem where the output is indentification of primary causes of the voluntary turnover. Based on this primary causes there are propound possible solutions of existing problem. At the close of this practical part there is accomplished an evaluation of the propounded solution by means of Force field analysis. The output of this analysis is an action plan. Contribution summary of this thesis is the suggestion of several articles whose practical application should lead to decline of the fluctuation rate especially among those members who are in the business for less than one year.
