Abstract
This work is based on a pre-clinical study that proposed the applicability of a new type of pneumatic cardiac triggering for cardiac imagining. It aims to extract and evaluate the acquired BKG signal contaminated with mechano-acoustic interference, which was recorded during magnetic resonance imaging.
The first chapter looks at the current issues of currently used methods for suppressing interference in clinical practice. In the experimental part, the work focuses on the design of a non-adaptive, adaptive or hybrid system. This system is tested on real data records taken by two pneumatic sensors. The achieved results are further processed and evaluated according to the statistical parameters ACC, SE, PPV and F1.
