Abstract

Residential buildings are buildings used for housing residents. Usually consist of several separate housing units, which have a common entrance to the building, common communication areas (corridors, stairs, etc.). It is necessary to propose an object according to relevant standards to meet the requirements for occupant comfort and standard of living. The aim of this work is a comprehensive proposal for implementation of residential house construction costs and the time the planning of its implementation. The first part is the documentation for the implementation of an object consisting of drawings and text documents. The second part dealt with the problems of construction cost, its schedule and finally made a proposal of lifting device.
