Abstract

The thesis is focused on the risks associated with hitchhiking and possibilities of their elimination. It is divided into three parts. The first part consists of research and legislation dealing with the protection of persons in accordance with applicable legislation and offenses related to hitchhiking. The second part focuses on the assessment of offenders and victims of crime. There are recommendations for passive and active defense potential victims of crime. Passive defense measures are systemic and behavior of potential victims. Active defense is focused on the negotiations leading to the destruction of the striker, the use of technical means and possibilities stop of the vehicle in an emergency situation. The third part focuses on risk analysis and design of anti-conflict negotiations when hitchhiking. In conclusion summarizes the findings and recommendations resulting from previous parts. The work is designed for those who still use hitchhiking.
