Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of social and environmental risks in the emergency of the municipality Velká Polom. In the first part of the diploma thesis is attention focused on the risk sources, natural and anthropogenic character, suitable methods for risk analysis and description of the territory of the municipality Velká Polom. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with analysis of risk scenarios of extraordinary events that may occur in the municipality. For the rating is used correlation analyze, risk analysis and modeling program named ALOHA. In final part of the thesis are analyzed and evaluated results and also on the basis of the measures are designed to reduce the risk in the municipality.
