Abstract
In its general part, this bachelor thesis concerns asserting Czech legislative principles with regard to generation, subsequent direct use or other processing of industrial byproducts. In particular, the thesis is focused on byproducts generated during electric energy, heat and cold production in coal power plants and their further use in various fields of political economy of Czech Republic.
