Komparace programů zabezpečení v nemoci ve vybraných zemích EU

Abstract

Work deals with comparison of security in illness among selected countries of the European Union. Its aim is to analyze the approaches of selected countries to programs for security in sickness, and then to compare with the overall assessment of the Czech Republic to recommend future strategy in this area. In this thesis have been used methods of description, analysis and comparison. The theoretical part deals with the description of social security, security in sickness and health security in the European Union. Described models of social policy, and consequently there is a chapter focused on coordination, objectives, functions and financing of social security. Practical analysis of security programs, particularly for diseases in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy. This chapter discusses the different systems, especially health insurance, whose benefits are analyzed. For each of the doses are given relevant information and expenses incurred in their provision. At the end of this chapter is an independent comparison, where for each batch created table with data, which were selected for comparison. The last chapter contains an overall assessment approaches in selected countries for the security system in the disease process and recommendations for future strategy of the Czech Republic in this field.
