Abstract

This thesis focuses on issues related to providing humanitarian aid to the population of the Czech Republic, specifilally Moravian-Silesian region. It describes particular subjects involved to its providing and functioning of their mutual co-operation. This thesis is mainly focused on involvement of humanitarian organizations into this system. By using a questionnaire method, there is subsequently evaluated an extent of needs of particular forms of help and commodities from the material form of help. In the conclusion of the thesis is all obtained information assembled and on its basis were suggested measures leading to elimination of found defects within the system.
