Abstract
The subject of this thesis is identification and analyze of the competitive environment, comparison of performance of manufacturing company with industry and competition. The aim of the work is to evaluate economic performance and to analyze the competitiveness. In this thesis is used performance indicators and benchmarking. Part of this thesis is about finding factors influencing market position. Thanks to the analyses there are at the end of the proposed recommendations for the management of the company.
