Informační systém pro oddělení údržby vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vytvoření systému evidence pohonných hmot a oprav s následným návrhem a realizací informačního systému pro oddělení údržby vybrané společnosti. V daném případě se jedná o společnost Alfréd Prus – Autodoprava, společnost zabývající se vnitrostátní i mezinárodní dopravou. Analýza nynějšího stavu je doplněna prostřednictvím DFD diagramů, zobrazujících jednotlivé procesy a informační toky. V návrhové části, která je vyhotovena pomocí ERD diagramů, práce zachycuje na entitách a jejich atributech, vzájemné vztahy v systému. Při samotné realizaci informačního systému byl použit relační databázový systém Microsoft Access 2007.

The aim of this work is to create a system record of fuel and repairs and the subsequent design and implementation of an information system for the maintenance department of the selected company. In this case it is Alfred Prus – Trucking Company, a firm engaged in national and international transport. Analysis of the current situation is handled through DFD diagrams depicting the processes and information flows. In the design section, which is made by the ERD diagrams, it shows the entities and their attributes and also relationships in the system. In the actual implementation of the information system was used relational database system Microsoft Access 2007.
