Personální politika v malé organizaci

Abstract

Resumé V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval personální politikou v malé organizaci a především personální politikou ve společnosti Zoltex s.r.o. z Havířova. V první části jsem na základě teoretických poznatků a odborné literatury věnoval hlavně strategii řízení lidských zdrojů, personálnímu auditu, personálnímu řízení, personálním činnostem. V následující části jsem se věnoval samotné charakteristice firmy, struktuře firmy, udělal SWOT analýzu, PESTLE analýzu a personální audit. Dále jsem analyzoval současný stav společnosti v oblasti personální politiky. V závěru diplomové práce jsem došel k opatřením na zlepšení současného stavu. Firma se sama rozhodne, bude-li chtít a bude-li v zájmu současných majitelů, zda návrhy přijme nebo ne.

Summary In my thesis I was concernet with the personnel policy in a small organization, and particularly in the personnel policy of Zoltex Ltd. from Havířov. The first part is based on theoretical knowledge and the literature mainly focused strategy for managing human resources, HR audit, HR management, human resources activities. The following section is devoted to the actual characteristics of the company, company structure, do a SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis and audit staff. Next, I analyzed the current state of the company's personnel policy. In conclusion, I have come to take action to improve the current situation. The company itself will decide if he wants and, in the interests of existing owners, whether to adopt or not.
