Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is a comprehensive study of house building in the development area in town district called Darkovičky. The location was determined by the urban plan of the town Hlučín for the location of individual housing in the family houses of the village character. The urban study builds on the requirements of the technical conditions in the given territory. The overall arrangement of the newly implemented locality is trying to make the most of the defined space to build a quality environment for housing. In these thesis one type of sample family house is designed. In the urban study were designed three variants of the solution of interested area. Two variants are proposed for more detailed processing. Proposals will include technical and transport infrastructure and public area and economic calculation as well.
