Abstract

The subject of this thesis is receiving a global view of process prediction of blast furnace operation including possible breakdown occurrences during operation. Target is observing ways of input material charge across bell less top system, including pouring input material through chute which is part of spout feeder system up to burden charging inside of furnace. Each component of material burden is fed and placed across rotary or tilting movement of spout feeder which is creating circumferential circles or feeding material locally in furnace, where are formed into required composition of material components in burden material column depending on ensuring optimal blast furnace operation. In experimental part of thesis is presented prediction of technological furnace operation in connection with used kind of burden ore composition, which is also possible to utilize for identification of technological failures in current conditions of intensive hot metal production.
