Abstract

The thesis deals with the design of the structure and content of an emergency management plan within a school environment. The objective is to develop a clear and practical plan structure that ensures effective prevention, preparedness, and response to emergencies and crisis situations. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts, legislation and security meanures, including an overview of school documentation and hazard identification. The practical part focuses on an analysis of the school’s needs, categorized into the analysis of causes, consequences, and applied measures. Based on these findings, a proposal for a plan is developed following the PDCA cycle, incorporating the individual stages of planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. The output of the thesis is a comprehensive document proposal applicable in school practice.
