Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an assessment of the financial health of the chosen company in the manufacturing industry in 2016-2020 using selected methods of financial analysis. This thesis consists of practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part is focused on the main concepts and characteristics of selected methods of financial analysis. In the practical part the chosen company is first introduced and then the financial health of the chosen company is assessed using absolute and ratio analysis including a pyramid decomposition of return on equity. The required data to process financial analysis are drawn from publicly available data. In the final part of the thesis is an evaluation of the financial health of the chosen company.
