Abstract

The attention is paid to the way you can finance the purchase of an apartment. Whether it is a flat in cooperative ownership and private ownership. We mainly focus on how to finance the purchase of an apartment without our own financial sources, financing by the loan, especially mortgage loans and savings. The aim of this thesis is to determine the best options for financing the purchase of an apartment in cooperative ownership and private ownership, based on price and based on using multi criteria analysis. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which summarizes what the goal of the work is. The second and the third chapter is the theoretical part of the work in which we describe the methodology of funding and methodology of multicriteria analysis. The fourth chapter is part of the application, which summarize the results at the end of the chapter. The last fifth chapter is the conclusion.
