Abstract

The main target of this graduation theses is analysis costs of quality and improve processes in the firm ALBA CR, Ltd., which make office furniture. Analysis costs of quality execute with tools and technics of quality. This costs is possible divide into prevention, appraisal, failure in accordance with „model PAF“. Costs of failure is possible divide into internal and external. The first part contains introduction of the firm, basic ideas of quality and theory of costs of quality. The practical part contains analyses costs of quality, applying QFD (Quality Function Deployment) to improve processes and suggestions for optimalization.
