Územní studie lokality Bezručova osada, Jistebník

Abstract

The subject of bachelor thesis is proposal urban study of „Bezručova osada“ locality in Jistebník city. The thesis solves an undeveloped area of teritorrial plan Z8. Solved locality is situated on the southeastern part of town. Bezručova osada is designed as an area for living. The solved area is considerably extensive and contains schematic and variant solution according to valid legislation. All of variants are in accordance with urbanistic and technical conditions of locality „Bezručova osada“. Final proposal is elaborated in more details. More detailed part of proposal contains urbanistic design with individually parts, traffic solutions, parcel partition and conduction technical infrastructure.
