Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on the customer analysis on the shading technology market, specifically on the B2B customers of company Isotra, so called Isotra partners. The aim is to define the characteristics of partners and identify their purchase behavior. For this purpose research was conducted. The data was obtained from 31 partners based in the Czech Republic. Data was subsequently analyzed, evaluated and commented. Based on the results, recommendations were designed to maintain existing customers, recommendations to gain new customers and recommendations to communicate with customers.
