Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the mental workload affecting workers in the manufacturing company and to propose possible measures to ensure health and safety at work. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge concerning the working environment, social environment and other factors that cause mental workload. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the mental load of a specific group of operators in the production company ATQ s.r.o. The questionnaire was used to identify risk factors at the selected workplace. Measures were chosen based on the information found.
