Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the process of acquiring and selecting employees in a selected organization using methods of analysis and a questionnaire. In the first part of the work, terms important to understanding the issue of human resources management are clarified. The practical part contains the characteristics and history of the researched organization, the process of recruitment and selection of employees and the methods described above. Furthermore, the results of the investigation were summarized and recommendations were given to the organization to improve processes.
