Czech Point v podmínkách městského úřadu

Abstract

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is Czech Point in Terms of the Town Office. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate Czech Point in Terms of the Town Office of the city Šumperk in years 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014. Czech Point services are evaluated according to their type and development of number of their outputs. Years 2011 and 2012 are not involved in this evaluation due to technical causes, which caused a long-term service outage in Czech Point of the Town Ofiice of the city in Šumperk. Following this evaluation of a current development from comparative analysis is result that reduction in total requirements gradually occurred, while maintaining almost the same structure of provided service. Suggesting that, the customer´s needs of The Czech Point are very similar in these years, only a visitation of The Czech Point reduces.
