Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is determination of the value of equity the manufacturing company under risk. Diploma thesis is dividend into three parts. The first part focuses on the theory related to the valuation of company.The description of the company as well as financial and strategic analysis are taking place in the second part. There is also SWOT analysis summing up the results of financial and strategic analysis. The third part presents the evaluation of equity of Meopta - optika, s.r.o. company by two-phase yield evalutaion method DCF-Equity.
