Abstract

The thesis deals with design and implementation of the measuring workplace for automated measurements of frequency characteristics of electronic devices. It deals with the technical facilities (hardware) and its parameters that are suitable for measuring the frequency range from 1 Hz to 10 MHz and the level range from -80 dBV to +20 dBV. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of the control software, which is developed in LabView development environment. The thesis contains a description of each control and function blocks of the whole program structure.
