Abstract
The content of this essay is focused on training and development of employees in industry. The essay describes methods of training and development of employees in the workplace and outside the workplace. Furthermore, in the essay there are introduced training programs in the largest metallurgical companies in the Czech Republic followed by evaluation of their benefits.
