Konkurenceschopnost malého podniku

Abstract

Tato práce řeší problematiku konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit konkurenční postavení podniku. Při řešení problému byla použita PESTLE analýza, Porterův model, SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě těchto metod bylo vymezeno řešení problémů v podobě návrhů a doporučení. Přínosem této práce jsou navržené možnosti zvýšení konkurečního postavení firmy na trhu.

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of competitiveness of small business. The aim of this study is to assess the competitive position of business. To resolve this issue was used PESTLE analysis, Porter's model, SWOT analysis and investigation. On the basis of these methods have been identified as problem solving suggestions and recommendations. The contribution of this thesis is proposed the possibility of increasing of competitive position in the market.
