Abstract
The goal of this work is general analysis of sales promotion Globus hypermarket. Above all, I will try to obtain information about customer loyalty, about which tool to support sales customers know that affect them and they find interesting. We will also try to assess the pre-Christmas loyalty program Globus / Tefal. The theoretical part will be analyzed in sales promotion. It will also be characterized by Globus. The last part will consist of an electronic questionnaire survey and analysis of collected data.
