Darja Kubečková, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The basis for the elaboration of the diploma thesis was the study of the administrative building and its elaboration within the subject Project I and Project II. The work is divided into text and drawing part. The diploma thesis also includes thermal engineering assessments of peripheral structures, the energy label of the building and the static design of the reinforced concrete foot. It is a rectangular basement building with four floors and a flat roof. The supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton. The building is based on footings and feet.
