Abstract

Thesis is focused on competitiveness of Okrasa, manufacturing association. Aim of this thesis was to analyze position of this company in the market and find opportunities for increasing it's competitiveness. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. In theoretical part were defined basic terms related to the subject of the thesis and described the individual methods, which were applied in the practical part. In practical part was also presented Okrasa and transferred the analysis of its competitiveness using Porter analyses, Pollak's model of vitality evaluation and marketing research. In the last part of the thesis were suggestions made based on findings, which should lead towards stabilization and consolidation competitive position of Okrasa on the market.
