Abstract

WELNESS HOTEL A KOMUNITNÍ CENTRUM U BŘEHU ŘEKY OSTRAVICE Projekt Pulse Frýdek-Místek se zaměřuje na revitalizaci území u řeky Ostravice ve Frýdku-Místku, které má potenciál stát se novým centrem městského života. Součástí návrhu je výstavba moderního hotelu s restaurací a wellness zázemím, který rozšíří nabídku služeb pro návštěvníky města i místní obyvatele. Významnou částí projektu je také rekonstrukce historického objektu v areálu, jenž bude nově sloužit jako komunitní centrum vhodné pro společenské akce, semináře a setkávání různých generací. Důležitým prvkem celého řešení je parkový prostor – meziprostor, který propojuje jednotlivé funkce areálu a vytváří harmonické prostředí pro odpočinek i volnočasové aktivity. Návštěvníci zde naleznou možnosti pro relaxaci i zábavu, například formou minigolfu či jiných aktivit podporujících společenský život. Celý koncept zdůrazňuje myšlenku „nového tepu“ města u řeky, který oživuje zanedbané území a proměňuje jej v atraktivní, živé a udržitelné místo pro obyvatele i návštěvníky Frýdku-Místku.

Wellness Hotel and Community Centre on the Banks of the Ostravice River The Pulse Frýdek-Místek project focuses on the revitalization of the area along the Ostravice River in Frýdek-Místek, which has the potential to become a new center of urban life. The proposal includes the construction of a modern hotel with a restaurant and wellness facilities, expanding the range of services available to both visitors and local residents. An important part of the project is also the reconstruction of a historic building within the site, which will be repurposed as a community center suitable for social events, seminars, and intergenerational gatherings. A key element of the design is the park space – an intermediate zone that connects the individual functions of the complex and creates a harmonious environment for relaxation and leisure activities. Visitors will find opportunities for both relaxation and entertainment, for example through mini-golf and other activities that support social interaction. The overall concept emphasizes the idea of a “new pulse” of the city along the river, revitalizing a neglected area and transforming it into an attractive, vibrant, and sustainable place for both residents and visitors of Frýdek-Místek.
