Ekonomické zhodnocení investičního projektu dopravní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of economic efficiency realized investment project of the company Santa-Trans Ltd. in the form of filling station of CNG gas, namely whether the decision of executives to realize the investment were correct and provide for the company valuable information for further manage of the investment project. The investment project was evaluated using the criteria of net present value on the basis of equity and poorly predictable input data were subjected to a sensitivity analysis. Profitability of the investment depends primarily on the length of service life of the station, the longer will bring higher profit for company. It is important of executives to monitor the development of other estimated input data in the operating phase of the investment, especially the ratio of operating variable costs to sales and the annual increase in sales until 2019, which the most affect the final value of the investment.
