Návrh a implementace informačního systému pro podporu evidence a realizace zakázek společnosti

Abstract

V dnešní době je obtížné představit si život bez informačních systémů. Jsou využívány denně k různým účelům. Ať už se jedná o zjednodušení práce nebo zábavu. Pro společnosti představují informační systémy důležité nástroje podporující jejich probíhající procesy. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu a implementaci informačního systému, určeného pro podporu vedení a realizace zakázek společnosti zabývající se měřením radonového indexu pozemku. V první části práce budou popsána teoreticko-metodická východiska tvorby informačních systémů a využité technologie. Dále následuje popis společnosti, charakteristika situace před zavedením nového systému a vymezení uživatelských požadavků. Na základě požadavků je pak navržena databáze a jsou vymezeny funkce informačního systému a jeho struktura. Výsledný informační systém je založen na dvou aplikacích. První z nich je vytvořena pro operační systém Windows a slouží pro samotné vedení zakázek a administrativní úkony s nimi spojené. Druhá aplikace je pro Android a je určena k zaznamenávání dat při terénních měřeních. Poslední část práce je pak věnována testování předmětných aplikací a jejich možnému rozšiřování do budoucna.

Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine life without information systems. They are used daily for various purposes. Whether it's to simplify work or to have fun. For a company, information systems represent important tools supporting their processes. This diploma thesis is focused on the design and implementation of an information system intended to support the management and realization of orders of a company dealing with the measurement of the radon index of land. In the first part of the work will be described, the theoretical basis of the creation of information systems and used technology. Next follows a description of the company, characteristics of the situation before the introduction of the new system and definition of user requirements. Based on the requirements, is then designed database and are defined the functions of the information system and its structure. The resulting information system is based on two applications. The first of them is created for the Windows and is used for the management of orders and the administrative tasks associated with them. The second application is for the Android and is intended for recording data during field measurements. The last part of the work is dedicated to testing the applications and their possible future expansion.
