Title of thesis: Modification of Employee Appraisal System in the SKY POINT Ostrava, s.r.o. Company
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current Employee Appraisal system in the selected organization, to define system shortage and to propose changes that would improve the personal and economic status of the organization.
The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of crucial theoretical bases of work performance management, evaluation system, evaluation methods and mistakes which should be avoided in the employee appraisal.
In the practical part, the selected company is characterized and analyzed its current employee appraisal system. The acquired knowledge from the theoretical part is applied in the practical part to proposals for improvement of employee appraisal system at SKY POINT Ostrava s.r.o.
The conclusion is devoted to summarizing the proposals and verifying the proposed changes in practice.
